bootstrap capacitor calculation

Hi, All
I use IR2110 that needs a bootstrap capacitor for driving MOSFET/IGBT
My IGBT is 12N60A4D ,Voltage rail is 311 V
topology is full bridge
who can calculate this capacitor ?
I read AN978.pdf and dt98.pdf but i think , i don't calculate it good and carefully.
so i want help me.

hi ,capacitor can be calculated as,

C >5* Cint

Cint =gm/2π*Vr/Vout*1/Fsw/k-Fz.
