Hallo people

I am about to begin my first steps in the Microcontroller world and I have some questions:

What is the difference between the Flash, RAM, and SRAM and what is the function of each?

How can I use certain communication protocol in a microcontroller, for example I want to use the CAN bus implemented in a micro (or an USB) and convert the incoming data to send it by the serial RS485 and vice versa, is there an easy way to achieve that by C programming, or I should write the whole program with assembly?

thanks in advance

Ahmed
