need help in lte last year project

i'am planning for my last year project in 4G ( LTE ) ..but i'am trying to find a new idea to implement .. someone advised me to make a simulation of ( how to upgrade the 3g networks to support 4g ) which means what is the new components needed what is the components will be removed etc .. but my problem that i dont know how to start ? i cant find any information about 4g sites .
Can you help me ?

Thnx for your replay ,, but i have to continue in LTE cuz iam egyptian and the operators in egypt is going to implement lte networks
