What kind of files are usually included in a PDK?

Hello everyone!!!

What kind of files are usually included in a PDK???

Please tell me if these are some of those files, and if so, which others am I missing

Technology file
Schematic symbols
Pcells
LVS runset
DRC rusent
RCX files

Ok... great... device models. But what's CDF??? Component description format??? What are they used for?

CDF are files describing device's attribute.
for exemple,definces device's type,name,parameter,callback transfer function,view format,etc.
 

PDK

also should contain:
display
or all the layers in the layout will hightlight one single color

CDF used for parameter definition, simulation netlisting information, and display information.
when you stream in/out file , you will use CDF.
