I have studied continuous-time sigma-delta A/D converter.

The loop filter is implemented by GM-C filter, the structure is adapted with source degeneration.

I have used 3-rd order loop filter. The 1-st GM gain is 45dB ,p.m is 89 deg.

The output FFT diagram is shown below

What is the question of the 3-rd tone(harmonic-distortion)very large??

thanks!!:D

moreover, the quantizer is single bit, DAC is single, too.

can you post your architecture of integrator???
I guess your Vgst of source current is too small.
