Can you use the same xilinx 3.1 license on two machines?

hi all,
i have xilinx 3.1 working on a machine. can i use the license.dat of that machine to make the software to run on another machine?
if it is not possible please tell me how i can run xilinx on another machine.

please reply to this post or pm me......
