AdvanceMS within Cadence with Spectre or Spice models

Hi,

I have Cadence IC 5.1, AdvanceMS (correctly configured to be used in Analog Artist - ADE) a bunch of transistor models in spectre and hspice version.

Does anybody simulated a circuit from Cadence using AdvanceMS and those models?
How do I tell Cadence and AdvanceMS to use the hspice models?

If i just switch the view in the config cellview cadence says it has no info on the transistor and cannot write a netlist.

Hello,
A Spectre DK cannot be used directly with ADVance MS integration in Cadence.
But it may be used with a dedicated Eldo integration called "spectre2eldoD".

To be able to create the netlist for ADVance MS, you have to convert your DK first.
See the Artist Link user's manual.
