Why LVS is showing that two nets are shorted while they are not?

In LVS it is showing two nets are shorted but actually It is not. Can any one explain the reason for the short.

Maybe they are shorted through substrate....

you have 2 nets far apart with the same name and you checked "joined same nets" ??

I think If the outer connection is right, there must be short in the substrate
or any missing contact. The connection should be check carefully.Sometimes we did'nt realize small mistake. I agree with psmon, you should check wheter you have check the "join in same net" while do the LVS.

u can locate it using short locator if it is a smaller net
