I have a picture of Gain and Phase margin of my LDO, can you tell me about stable of my ldo?
And i have a question: i need determine value of Rpar, i use Hspice to simulate. Please, help me.

R par is the output impendence of the opamp, so it is very large ,but the concrete value is decided by your OPAMP.

this resistor decide the dominate pole of your LDO. with different load resisor ,the second ploe is different, so LDO maybe unstable with different load and different output CAP

From the PM plot, the PM is about 30 degree. I don't think the stable when process parameters or temperture varys.
