need a circuit to "convert and amplify" voltage level from

:arrow: 12VDC to 240VAC

and current level from

:arrow: 3A to 15A.

current level may vary and will always be below 15A.

circuit may be in part amplifing voltage and then current or both together or even any one of them.

Your question is a bit unclear, but I think you are asking for an AC power inverter for a 3600 watt load.

Do you want to buy one or design one?
