Guys,
DOes anybody know what does it mean by Non idealistic on saturation region?
And how to improve this?

Please help guys.

Thanks in advance

idealistic means that something happens as expected and by non idealistic on saturation region we mean that the particular device doesn't behave as expected by us.....

Can we improve this?
Is it mean we can improve by designing a device with Vsat higher?

Please advise.

i think improving this is possible because due to thermal and other physical effects such as width and conductivity only the device shows such nonidealisities so controlling one or two of these parameters is possible by various fabrication and other processes but i dont think the nonideal behaviour is fully rectifiable.....
