Problem installing VCS

Hi all,
Im installing RHEL4 as, but the installation files vcs.taz is not recognized by the operating system, but other files syn.taz is working fine. can anybody tell me wat is exact problem

use rhel2
 

use the latest installer from synopsys.
I haved installed vcs-mx on RHEL AS4 before. There was no any error.
