offset in input/output characteristic

i am using casocde-amplifier. i m getting offset in I/O characteristic. how can i remove it? try to reply early
 

First of all, check the current mirror, I bet you don't get same Vds for them
 

can you post the schematic?
Is it differential input?
 

If simulating without parasitics, no offset.
