What is the need to dump the single fanout and high fanout nets?

hi all,
what is the need to dump the single fanout& high fanout nets,is there any use,i mean we can get any thing from that.
and what is tri state sytate cell& what is the use of that

The same reason I explained in the clkgateaware thread...
I dont remember comming across the "tri state sytate cell" in paticular.. Is it a typo or can you just recheck it and post your quiry again
