How to calculate the opamp values for kp,kn and lambda for a Tanner simulation?

for a tanner simulation of cmos opamp how do i calculate the values for kp,kn and lambda? as they are not given directly in the model file..

It is easy to calculate kp and kn:

To calculate lambda I dont know formulas, but there is very easy experimental way to do that...


Vdsq and Idq are bias values of Vds and Id....
