Hi,
I heard a lot about some sites where individuals or companies expose some projects and then virtually anybody can apply for these projects. In the end a winner is choosen for project execution. However, I seem unable to find any site like that. I tried Google, but probably I'm using a wrong query, all my searches return a huge number of results and none of them is relevant to me. Can someone direct me to some sites like the ones described above?
