br-8600u manual

Does anyone have experience troubleshooting the JVC BR-8600U commercial VHS deck? If so, I'd like to ask a few general questions about the unit.

I also search for a User guide and Servive Manual,
but for the JVC BR 7000 ER Duplicator.
Maybe same family ?
