Bye

gold dedector

These detectors operate on a change in average mu in the field of the coil. There is no way to tell the difference between different metals. In the case of ore the amount of metal is so low that you may not be able to detect anything. Most economic gold mines have ore with one part per million type concentrations. Several thousand kg of earth makes one ounce of gold.

try telling that to canadians americans and australians
who find nuggets of 2 - 3 kg of weight lying in the desert every day / month / year

or to the africans who patrol a few hundred miles of beach that washes about rather large nuggets of gold and seaweeds of silver also diamonds occur washed up like graded style

this is left there

and this is done to keep the price artificialy high

dont be daft

only australians strip mine land

like poor serbia and now bosnian rivers and serb lands also get poisoned by the companie's sluce in this war torn place
the " national gold mining company of australia " to be precise

not to mention there own country

strip minning is on a very tight budget by machine and few operatives

so many accidents happen

however this wasnt the point of the origianal topic

here is a project design and all parts for a gold detector {any many other things }

this is a balanced ib design found on the net and made on vero

its easy to make and will cost about 30 - 40 euros for the electronics bits
has no fancy micro this and that

just works

good for the beach

gold oar ??? what

there is no such thing as gold oar atleast there is more than one type of oar

only a deposit of gold
with other metals
or in quarts or other imorphic rocks
or in the bed of streams

it is a group four metal so dont react much with other than concentrated acid solutions nitric etc ... and gold will oxidise to a
reduced gold salt gold nitrate and produce nitrus gas

however will easily degrade back to gold

as it is a self cleansing metal

if you place a crystal of copper in gold
melted together
like a dodge liver transplant in a body
it eventualy rejects the copper
