I've seen quite a few posts regarding SIM cards. Usually iterations of copying, reading, altering, whatever but they look like they're still meant to be used with 'phones. Did I miss something here? I'm looking at SIM cards as a removable media for embedded projects. Is this possible? I had assumed it would be, but I don't want to commit to tools and time to find them useless.

Note, I've posted this on other forums.
