Programming an FPGA over USB using the JTAG Protocol

fpga jtag protocol

Can somebody give me advice how to program Spartan3:
I have FT232R. It's CBUS I/O pins are connected to Sparan's JTAG interface. My job is to make C++ application to send bin file via USB. I have not enought experiance around programming, so I apretiate if someone give me any idea or link to similar project.
