SMD marking codes:

A simple search at google for 8fb transitor gave me this link as the first: https://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/BC/BC818.pdf
It seems like 8FB is a BC817-25 NPN transistor.

A simple search at google for 9fb transitor gave me this link as the first: https://www.fairchildsemi.com/ds/BC/BC807.pdf
It seems like 9FB is a BC807-25 PNP transistor.
BC807-25 is the PNP complement to BC817-25.

smd transistor marking

Hi friend, there is a lot of smd code books but if if you want to identify 100 % sure smd part you have to have Service manual of the damaged device. A lot of SMD parts have the same codes but they are diferent. I have had a lot of such situations in my repair practice. You have to know at least manufacturer of the SMD
