Q's of On-chip L and C

I am designing a source inductance degeneration narrow band LNA using 0.35u Jazz SiGe BiCMOS process in ADS.
I'd like to know the Q of a certain component by ADS.
Does anyone know how to do that?

Re: Q's of On-chip L and C

you can refer to the spectre or spice model about the Q value of inductor or capacitor provided by Jazz. you can transfer the spectre model to ADS model using the tools of ADS.
