How to build a passive capacitor using poly cap and poly layer?

Who know how to build passive capacitor using poly cap and poly layer? Help please....

As I know you must have two ploy layers.
Do you have it?

It is possible only if in your process you have two poly layers generally named as poly1 and poly2.

Then only we can construct a poly to poly capacitor.
 

Poly Cap capacitor

For PiP cap, you need to have 2 POLY layers, one is POLY bottom and one is POLY top. PiP built from these two layers with a thin oxide to form as capacitor. The top plate is of smaller dimension than the bottom plate and contacts are built on both plates for connection, that's why you have smaller top plate
