how to measure the impedence of differential signals

as we know, the RX part of GSM900 should convert the common signal to the diff. signal for more immunity. i need to match the diff. signal to LNA for better rx sensitivity. how to determine the value of L1 ,L2 ,C1, C2? Thanks!:D
