What is the best way to start learning digital design

I want to learn digital design from scratch, what's your advice to me to go in??

I 'm still newbi, first year electronic engineering student....

The best way for a student with two right hands is "learning on the fly"
Choose any one from hundreds of digital designs freely available on the web and reproduce it untill works.
Reading books, datasheet, etc will come with every problem you'll face it.
 

John F Wakerly is also good book.......... try this . this book is available in the forum .. check....

for starting Malvino and Leatch is best then you can read

yeap moris manno is better choice.here u can get ebook and solution both and better understand the flip flops completly before getting into registers and counter and other devices

digital fundatmentals by floyd
digital system by Tooci
These books are good for biginners most prefer to grob
