I am looking for a pll with integrated VCO usable from 500 KHz to 1.5 MHz and working @ 1.8 Vdc.


Any suggestion?

Thanks, but the P/N you indicated is for frequencies in the GHz range...
I need something working from 500 KHz to 1.5 KHz...
