Hai ,

Iam new for Mixed Signal IO . Please help me some books and give me some links were i can improve my
knowledge .

Best Regards ,
Madhu

Try
1.Lacker/Sansen : Design of analog intergrated Circuits and systems,
2.Tsividis : Operational and Modelling of the MOS Transistor

3.Tsividis : Analog Digital VLSI devices and technology ( better read this first)
4.Saint/Saint: IC Mask Design
5.Saint/Saint IC Layout Basics
6.Hastings: The Art of Analog Layout
7.Razzavi: The Art of Analog Design.

In my opinion, you start with no3, you go to 4 or 5 ( depending how deep you want to go to layout design) then you go to 1 with a constant help of 2 and 7.

If you master the above you are ready to design effectively.

Does anybody know where I can find the book "analog digital VLSI devices and technology"?

Amazon.com, or Amazon.co.uk!!!
I couldn't find it anywhere else...

what do u mean by "mixed signal IO" there should be a standard for the IO. which one are you working on?

I can be clamps and ESDs .

I May design ESD or Clamp circuits .

if that's the case, then you are not doing mixed signal IO, instead, you are doing ESD circuit design.

You can read book by Chavaraka Duvuri: ESD in Silicon Integrated Circuits
