Hi,

i'm trying to find some method for test Global minima in a Region.(is it in a region?)

Anyone of you give me the method.

Without priori knowledge, the exhaustive method is the only way to guarantee the optimal result.
 

If you know it is global minima, then you should know how to test it:)
