dsp+rameshbabu

There are many books,
I suggest
1. Understanding DSP by Richard G. Lyon
2. Digital Signal Processing by Sanjit mitra

advanced dsp by ramesh babu

My choice is "Understanding Digital Signal Processing" by Richard Lyons.

Truly a wonderful read...

B.R.

dsp +ramesh babu

I dont recommend the internet sites given above if you are a beginner. I was very afraid before getting Proakis' book because his communication books are very complex and hard. but his DSP book is excellent. I have lots of signal processing books. Proakis is the easiest one to understand. but at high levels oppenheim and mitra will be required...

Oppenhim is excelent one.

prokris signal processing

1) Oppenheim/prokais is good to get the understanding of mathematics involved
2)Richard G Lyons is good for practical/ concept wise learning

For example ...If one ask how one can convert TD signal to Frequency domain ..straight away everybody would say "APPLY FOURIER TRANSFORM" and will give u with the equation...(oppenheim and prokais will teach u this)

But " HOW does FOURIER transform equation compute the frequency and concept behind that will be explained in Richard Lyons"

I hope I am clear

dsp bible

DSP BY VALLAVRAJ IS THE BEST.

p.ramesh babu “digital signal processing “ ,

DSP is by Proakis and Monolakis is good....
Also DSP - A modern introduction by Ashok ambardar is quite good for a begineer....
