Help me with converting Calibre netlist back into ADE's extracted view in cellmap

Dear Sir,

Anyone can advise on "calview.cellmap"
converting calibre netlist back into ADE's extracted view:

In calibre netlist, I have 2 kinds of nmos: nch_18 and nch_33
now I would like to have them in extracted view
as nmos4 from analogLib1 (oca copy of analogLib)
with models as N and NT resectively.

How do I write this piece of code in calview.cellmap.
Attached ppt is with some code marked with questions.
