pcm modulation c code

hi all,
i need very urgently matlab or C code for as many of the following speech encoding schemes:
PCM
DPCM
ADPCM
Delta Modulation
linear prediction coding
masking as in MPEG audio etc.

if some one is have the related source codes,then plz let me knw at:
