switching loss calculation + dc-dc buck converter

How to simulate the switching loss of the buck DC-DC converter with hspice?
I want to simulate the curve of the switching v.s. load current. But actually I have no idea how to do in hspice.

Another question...
I use the ".measure" instruction to simulate average and rms power loss to the every block.
And I try get the efficiency by following equation:

Rload x (Iload,rms)^2
---------------------------
Vdd x Ivdd.avg

But i am not sure is it correct

Please help me pointing out the mistakes for correction !

Thank you
