pid flow chart

This is pid controller from the elektor-electronic magazine feb99.
I submitted the prog and the related file for your ready reff.
I want just flowchart for the given prog .
Even coarse flowchart will be appreciated.

Btw.

At the moment im doing a project that consist pid control.
Im using very simple floating point one, with no automatized tuning system.

It would be much help to me to find a "better" pid algorithm. fuzzy logic tuned or ... ?
It would be a great thing to find. I hope you can help me with that
