In technology corner, SNFP refers to "slow nmos fast pmos".So what does the "slow"and "fast" mean?VT variation?

thank you.

Regards

The slow and fast mean the speed of the transistor.

I.e. If you're gonna use it in digital applications thats the delay. Fast means low delay while slow means high delay..
If you're gonna use it in an analog application then its the Bandwidth, i.e. Fast means big BW and slow means low BW.
