i am sorry that i uploaded a poor figure last time, so i upload again now

can someone tell me why these six transistors are added? i mean, without them, the circuit will also have the same function. can the speed or precision be improved? thank you

1 and 2 are clock signals which are nonvoerlapping

about CMFB againi

If you omit the transmission gate c1 and c2 bwcome parallel in the operating phase these means some portion of c1's charge will flow into c2 so that their voltages become equal these means more power dissipation and some glitches in the instant of clock edges

about CMFB againi

hi
in phase 1 right capacior sets vcontrol and left capacitor is charged.
in phase 2 left capacitor charges right capasitor.
so all switches and capasitors must be exist.
regards
