lwIP is one of the best open-source TCP/IP stacks ( https://www.sics.se/~adam/lwip/index.html )
There is a port of lwIP to Win32 (Visual C++ 6.0) from Florian Schulze - **broken link removed**
I couldn't compile it because it requires the winpcap library for the network interface driver. If someone has a project with a Win32 port to lwIP that is working and compiles with Visual C++, please share it. Thanks.
