Programmer for PA7540P ??

Dear all,

I have a for PA7540P, which is a programmable logic array and is a product of a company known as ICT.

I wonder if there exist easy to construct and simple programmer to program this device as my universal programmer has been dead for a while.

Any help is welcome.
