Hi all

Please any one tell me where can i obtain matlab or c implementation or psedo code of VSELP GSM 6.20

I already have standard 6.20 from 3gpp.org


So if you know any good source which will help me in understanding of codec then please do reply

GSM Half Rate is not a good speech coder, even full-rate GSM coder is not good at all. It was never used in the real world except for some experiments. The half rate was replaced by AMR.
