can you help me pls!! i connect the lm358 used for the applifier the in put i'm not yet ajd ..why the out put have volt tage also .can you answer to me as soon as posible

Without seeing your circuit diagram it is rather crystallomancy than a real help ..
Draw/copy the schematic of your circuit and post it here ..
