AMS simulation in ic5141

ams simulation

In in5141 simulation, when I changed the simulator from the Spectre to the ams, an error occured with warning "Feature missing for AMS. Check your path". Which path need I add in the csh file?

I encounted the same problem. Does anyone know what feature does AMS simulation need? Thanks.
 

ams feature missing error

You need to install IUS and add its path to the PATH environment variable.
