Ground isolation using opto couplers

Dear friends..

I m using a +15V supply for two applications. the +15v is generated from a single supply. I need to isolate the +15V suppy grounds for the two applications. Is it possible to isolate using opto couplers...

If so schematics please...

Whether any other ways are there..

If you need to isolate two circuits you not only have to isolate grounds but +15V, too ..
Depending on power requirements you may consider 1W, 2W or as needed, miniature dc-dc converters .. Input:12-15V .. Output:15V ..
