H-spice & T-spice(tanner)

Which the same nestlist, why the waveform in each case are different? Can you tell me why?
 

yes it will be slight different. not much different. can you post your simulation result. maybe we can discuss a bit about whay these two are different

there something strange
u plot the curve in hspice using Linear x axes , but in T sppice u use log scale X axes

that's y u see them different , chanhe the hspice to log and see

I'v changed the T-spice to Linear Scale but the value at 0Hz still less than 5db,so it still different with Hspice.

How can we change Hspice scale from Linear to log????
 

move the mouse point to the title of the x axis, right click, a pop menu will appear, chose log scale. You can also change the scale of the y axis with the same way.
