spice reader : library or section not found
I find that when i use my ic 5141 simulation ,i can use the *.scs only,and i can't use the tech files that are the *.lib 、*.mdl 、*.ckt. The error report shows that it cant't read the "input.scs" ,and i find the "input.spplog" .The matter is "

//--FATAL ERROR--// SPICE Reader : "/root/06um/model/p3_spe.lib", Line 275 : Syntax error caused by "".
But the model/p3_spe.lib hasn't the line 275.
