Hi all,
I have 2 diff amps, one with current mirror load and the other wih current source load. Which one would give me more input common mode range and why?
Thanks

Re: Diff Amp CMR

Current source load have higher CMR than current mirror.
lower input CM will be same for both configuaration,
but higher input CM will increase by 1 threshold voltage, ( considering NMOS diff pair and PMOS load).
