Usually in electronics books, the mathematics is not given, like the equations describing the flow of electrons in semiconductors, Is there an electronics book that teaches like that.
 

check some electronic devices book , u will get mathmatics in details,,,,,
i advice u "Microelectronic devices" by edward yang but i couldn't find a soft copy of it anywhere
