wide swing current mirror

David Johns's "Analog Integrated Circuit Design" provided 1 solution as follows:

Behzad Razavi's "Design of Analog CMOS integrated circuits" provided 2.

Is there any other solution?
Which one , in your opinion, is better?

sometimes connect with M1 serie resistor , and take the other terminal to bias the wide swing

it called selfbiased

Do you know anything about cascoded current mirrors which have a good supply rejection ratio?

cascode current mirror is used in order to get large output impedance. it is desirable in order for the current mirror to provide stable current.

solution 1 is very general

Make the diode in to two series connecte diode, Its better for macthing (in layout)

Length of diode connected to GND/VDD must be the same as current source

Ciao.
