I know there are many structures such as current switch, DC shifting, e.g.

Now I am going to design a rail-to-rail op, I want to know which one is the most commonly used . So i will design my own op using this structure.

the opa with complementary input and class ab output will be rail-to-rail input and output

Added after 2 minutes:

The configuration proposed by DZC cannot be used as fully differential one.

The configuration proposed by DZC can be used as fully differential architecture.
only else add a class ab control loop and cmfb circuit.
You can reference the book "Design of low-voltage,low power operational amplifier cells" by Ron Hogervorst & Johan H.Huijsing
