I used to hspice in linux.

However I have no any waveform plot program to view result file like *.tr0, *.sw0, etc under linux.

I used some waveform program in Windows, But too slow and No compatible with linux kernel.

Question: Is there any waveform viewer program to view hspice result files under linux?

I used Redhat linux 9.0.

thanks.

1. CosmosScope
2. Spice Explorer
3. GPLed tool: gEDA has a waveform tool.

gwave, download it, and put .option in your circuit script, compile and check the output for the graphics files that you should open with gwave.

Do I have to add some option statement in netlist file to use gwave?

You should put a .OPTION POST=2 command in your spice netlist, and it will generates the graphics files when you compile (for example file.ac0(AC analysis) or file.ic0(DC analysis)), and you open gwave and call from there these files.

No special options is needed. Just add option to generate data file, as Ragnarok83 stated.
