Spindle motor == servo motor???

Spindle motor is used in harddisk drive. Can I say it's a servo motor?

Servo is used for position control. For servo motors theirs always a feedback element for position information. Spindle motor normally does not require position(angle) info and just need fixed RPM so it is not a servo motor.

Would pls provide some examples where PM brushless motor operates as servo drive?
