Hi linjyh,

In this area of er, you won't find a cheap substrate material from a
'standard' laminate manufacturer like Rogers, GIL etc. You have to use a
ceramic substrate.
NTK (www.ntktech.com) has a material called MDS508Lxxx with a
dielectric constant of 93. You will get it from 0.25 .. 1.27mm thick.
Another manufacturer is kyocera. I know that they produce a substrate
material with er up to 110.
I hope this will help,

Bye
